Facilities Manager

Cobalt is proud to be partnering with a respected real estate brand on a Facilities Manager appointment for a prestigious mixed-use portfolio of properties across the West End of London.

The high-end portfolio comprises multi-let commercial offices alongside retail, leisure, and residential properties. With significant capital investment planned, our client is ambitious, long-term in outlook, and seeking a forward-thinking FM to join their dedicated estates team.

Reporting directly to a Senior FM and Head of Property, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management of a cluster of properties, working closely with colleagues to deliver a first-class, total FM service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting regular inspections of common areas across buildings.

• Building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including occupiers, clients, and service partners.

• Ensuring consistent health & safety compliance across the portfolio.

• Overseeing and managing service partners across hard and soft FM services.

• Setting and managing service charge budgets, including reconciliations.

• Leading a robust planned preventative maintenance programme and delivering CAPEX works where required.

Our client offers a collaborative, close-knit team culture and is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated FM professional whether already established in a Facilities Manager role or ready to step up from Assistant FM.

An IOSH or NEBOSH certification is essential, as is proven experience managing whole buildings, including common areas and plant rooms.
