Facilities Manager

Cobalt is delighted to be working alongside a prominent and leading Managing Agent as they are seeking to grow their team with a Facilities Manager to cover a portfolio of properties across London.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conducting site inspections on a monthly basis to ensure the properties are well-maintained and compliance is up-to-date.
• Being responsible for the management of the service charge budget.
• Overseeing the health and safety within the assets to ensure they are compliant in line with legislation.
• Monitoring the work of contractors for both hard and soft services whilst assessing their performance.
• Assisting with both minor and major M&E projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.

This role will see you develop your skillset whilst being trained by experienced industry professionals to ensure that you are equipped with the right skills to carry out this role to the highest level.

You will need to have had exposure to M&E/hard services whilst displaying experience in a customer-facing environment. An IOSH qualification is required for this role.

Although this role is a 12-month FTC, given the company growth trajectory there is a strong chance that the position could go permanent.
