About the Role
Cobalt is delighted to be partnering with a recently established property consultancy in Manchester who are making waves in the market. With an expanding portfolio of properties across the City Centre, they are now seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team at this exciting stage of growth.
The Role
As Facilities Manager, you'll take responsibility for a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring that the highest standards of building management and compliance are consistently delivered. You'll have the opportunity to shape FM processes as the business grows, and play a pivotal role in the consultancy's continued success.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the day-to-day facilities management of a multi-site City Centre portfolio.
Managing contractors and service providers to ensure first-class delivery.
Ensuring compliance with health & safety legislation and statutory requirements.
Working closely with landlords, occupiers, and stakeholders to build strong relationships.
Supporting sustainability and ESG initiatives across the portfolio.
The Person
Prior experience in facilities management, ideally within a property/real estate environment.
Knowledge of compliance and health & safety legislation.
Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to adapt within a growing business.
Ambition to grow with the consultancy and take on additional responsibility over time.
