Facilities Manager - Residential

Cobalt is proud to be partnering with a prestigious residential developer in their search for a Facilities Manager to oversee a flagship residential development in West London. As Facilities Manager, you will take full ownership of all aspects of the site's hard FM services, with a particular emphasis on M&E and technical operations, ensuring all plant, equipment, and infrastructure is maintained to the highest standard. At the same time, you'll play a key role in delivering first-class service to residents, working closely with on-site teams and third-party contractors to maintain the overall quality of the development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all technical services on site, including planned and reactive maintenance.

• Lead on M&E systems, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee service charge budgets and support with procurement of service contracts.

• Manage contractor performance, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective delivery.

• Work collaboratively with Concierge and Estate teams to ensure seamless resident experience.

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits, reporting on performance and areas for improvement.

• Support mobilisation of new units or phases as required.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Facilities Manager or similar role, ideally within residential or mixed-use developments.

• Strong technical/M&E knowledge, with relevant qualifications (e.g. IOSH, NEBOSH, or engineering background).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Resident-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service standards.
