Working as part of a high-performing finance team, you'll gain exposure to a diverse property portfolio and support key decision-making through insightful financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce monthly management accounts and asset performance reports

• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow modelling across multiple property portfolios

• Prepare and analyse variance reports, providing commentary and actionable insights

• Collaborate with asset managers and property teams to evaluate investment returns

• Support finance leadership on strategic planning, acquisitions, and disposals

What We're Looking For:

• Part-qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) with 2-4 years' experience in a finance role

• Background in real estate, property management, or asset-heavy industries is advantageous

• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with systems like QUBE, Yardi, or MRI is a plus

• Analytical, commercially aware, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders

• Proactive and enthusiastic about growing within a property-focused finance role
