The Role
A UK property management and residential real estate company are looking for a Reception front of house Team Member, to join their team. You will play a key role in creating memorable, high-quality experiences for tenants, occupiers, and visitors.
This prestigious, newly refurbished flagship building demands a highly polished, professional, and hospitality-driven approach, delivering a seamless five-star experience that reflects the building's premium positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Front of House & Customer Service
* Deliver a warm, professional, five-star welcome to all visitors and occupiers
* Manage the reception desk, including switchboard and shared inbox
* Maintain immaculate presentation of all front-of-house areas
* Provide concierge-style assistance including directions and local information
* Handle queries and challenging situations professionally
* Support VIP visits and occupier events
Occupier & Visitor Experience
* Build strong relationships with occupiers
* Support WELL and BREEAM service standards
* Coordinate visitor access and passes
* Respond promptly to enquiries
* Maintain knowledge of building operations
Building Operations Support
* Assist with contractor sign-in and compliance
* Report maintenance and health & safety issues
* Support deliveries, logs, and handovers
* Coordinate meeting room bookings
You will have:
* Experience in high-end corporate or hospitality reception
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong communication skills
* IT proficiency (Microsoft & Apple)
* Ability to multitask under pressure
* Professional presentation
