About the Role

Cobalt is working with a leading global investment management firm.

We're seeking a passionate and professional Front of House receptionist to deliver outstanding service and create memorable experiences for our clients, visitors, and stakeholders. You'll act as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring every interaction is warm, seamless, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service, providing a warm welcome and farewell to all guests.

  • Maintain immaculate presentation of all front-of-house areas.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to phone and email enquiries, ensuring appropriate follow-up.

  • Support the implementation of front-of-house procedures and health & safety protocols.

  • Manage visitor check-in processes and ensure data accuracy across relevant databases.

  • Handle complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating when necessary.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience through creativity and innovation.

  • Support company initiatives to continuously improve service delivery.

  • Maintain up-to-date training records and help onboard temporary staff.

  • Log and track maintenance issues, liaising with facilities management as needed.

  • Conduct regular quality checks around the premises to ensure a pristine and professional environment.

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
