About the Role
Looking to build deep expertise in development valuations while working on some of London's most complex regeneration and residential schemes? This role offers hands-on exposure to high-profile projects and the chance to develop your valuation skillset alongside experienced, highly respected Directors.
We are partnered with a successful property consultancy to grow their Development Consultancy team due to increasing client demand. The business operates across London and the South East, advising a diverse client base including PLC housebuilders, SMEs, Registered Providers and local authorities.
This role will centre heavily around development valuations and viability, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to specialise in valuation-led advisory within the development sector. You will work closely with senior team members on complex schemes, gaining exposure to projects across the full development lifecycle.

Their medium-sized team combines deep technical expertise with a supportive culture that prioritises professional growth and exposure to meaningful, complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering development valuations and viability advice across residential and mixed-use schemes for both public and private sector clients.
* Undertaking detailed development appraisals and financial modelling to support feasibility, funding and strategic decision making.
* Supporting regeneration and estate renewal projects through viability analysis, land assembly advice and compulsory purchase work.
* Contributing to project delivery through business cases, advisory reports and collaboration with planners, architects and other consultants.
Essential Requirements:
* Strong experience undertaking development valuations or viability assessments within a consultancy, advisory or development environment.
* Advanced capability in development appraisal and financial modelling using Argus and Excel.
* MRICS qualified or currently working towards the RICS APC, ideally with exposure to valuation work.
