About the Role
A well-established and growing commercial property agency is looking to appoint a Newly Qualified Investment Surveyor to join its Manchester-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious surveyor at the early stage of their career to gain broad exposure within a supportive and experienced environment.
The Role
You will support senior team members across a range of investment and transactional projects, gaining hands-on experience in inspections, reporting, site work, and client interaction. The role is analytical in nature and will suit someone with strong numerical ability and report-writing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with property inspections, measurements, and report preparation
- Maintaining accurate transactional and project documentation
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
- Supporting projects from initial instruction through to completion
About You
- Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Commercial Property, Land & Estates, or similar)
- Newly qualified or working toward professional accreditation (e.g. RICS)
- Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
- Proactive, professional, and eager to develop
- Competent in Microsoft Excel
- Full UK driving licence
