About the Role

Junior Asset Manager - Property Investment & Development

A well-established and highly regarded property development and investment company is looking to appoint a Junior Asset Manager to join their Head Office based in Hull. With a track record of delivering sustainable regeneration projects across the North of England, the business has a diverse portfolio of over 2 million sq.ft leased to 200+ tenants, stretching from Grimsby to Glasgow, and managed in-house.

This is a key appointment for the business, offering the chance to support the ongoing management and enhancement of a portfolio primed for value-add initiatives.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assisting with developing and executing strategies to enhance asset value and maximise returns
Supporting new lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenant negotiations
Ensuring accuracy of tenancy data from onboarding through to lease expiry
Liaising with and managing third-party providers, including agents, solicitors, property managers, and building surveyors

This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to grow within a dynamic and experienced team.
