About the Role

You'll play a key role in identifying, appraising, and securing both strategic and immediate land opportunities-driving growth and helping deliver quality new homes. This role offers a mix of autonomy and collaboration, working closely with senior leaders to make informed, high-impact decisions. You'll be supported by a business that genuinely invests in its people, offering professional development and real scope to progress.

Our client is a respected residential developer known for creating well-designed homes and sustainable communities across the South East. With a strong reputation for quality and integrity, the business combines a long-term perspective with modern, forward-thinking practices.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and appraise suitable land opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with land agents and key market contacts.
* Support the negotiation and acquisition process, including offer preparation, appraisals, and planning assessments.
* Promote strategic sites through the planning process, managing consultant teams and engaging with local stakeholders.
* Assist with the disposal of S106 affordable housing units and support planning and land strategy activities.

Essential Requirements:
*Qualified (MRICS/MRTPI) or working towards qualification.
* Proven experience in land acquisition or land management, ideally within residential development.
* Strong understanding of planning policy, financial appraisal, and market analysis.
