About the Role
Cobalt are delighted to be working with a market leading UK Property Consultancy on their search for a Lease Advisory Associate or Partner in London for their Industrial & Logistics team.
You'll gain exposure to a diverse client base including institutional funds, REITs, developers, and major landlords. Working closely with senior Partners, you'll play a key role in delivering expert lease advisory services across London and the South East.

The Role:
- Advising on rent reviews and lease renewals
- Analysing lease documentation and identifying value-impacting clauses
- Preparing client reports, pitches, and expert witness documentation
- Building and maintaining comparable evidence schedules
- Drafting Heads of Terms, quoting rents, and negotiation documentation
- Supporting business development initiatives and market research
- Conducting site inspections and client visits
Key qualifications and skills needed:
- RICS qualified
- Ideally 4+ years' experience in lease advisory (Industrial & Logistics preferred)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Commercially aware and client-focused mindset
- Proven ability to contribute to winning new business
- Highly organised with the ability to manage your own workload
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
