The Role:
A leading estate agents are seeking a lettings administrator for their Residential Lettings team where no two days are the same. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised, customer-focused, and looking to build a successful career within property.
As a key member of the Residential Lettings department, you'll play an essential role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the team. You'll provide vital administrative support, help deliver an exceptional service to landlords and tenants, and be at the heart of a busy, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for the department by answering incoming calls and directing enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Providing excellent customer service to landlords, tenants, and applicants looking to rent or let properties, handling enquiries with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Supporting the team with general administration, including preparing and organising reports and correspondence where required.
- Coordinating property marketing, including arranging professional photography, floor plans, and EPCs, as well as creating brochures, window cards, and online advertising materials.
- Assisting with canvassing activities to help generate new business opportunities.
- Producing and collating departmental statistics and reports.
- Progressing tenancy paperwork and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Carrying out occasional property viewings when required, delivering a positive and professional experience for prospective tenants.
- Liaising with contractors to arrange maintenance works, obtaining quotes, and keeping landlords informed throughout the process.
- Supporting the Property Management team with a wide range of day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Managing tenancy administration, including utility notifications, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Assisting with the organisation and administration of service charges for block management properties.
