About the Role

Property Operations Coordinator

Salary: £40,000 per annum
Location: Prime Residential Estate, North West London
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (9:00am-5:00pm), with flexibility where required

We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused Property Operations Coordinator to join the team at a prestigious residential estate in Central London.

This is a unique hybrid role that combines hands-on maintenance with exceptional resident service. You'll be the first point of contact for residents, oversee day-to-day estate operations, coordinate contractors and carry out minor maintenance works, helping to ensure the estate remains safe, compliant and presented to the highest standards.

If you enjoy solving problems, take pride in your work and thrive in a role where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and visitors.

  • Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day maintenance enquiries.

  • Carry out minor repairs, decorating and general maintenance across the estate.

  • Coordinate contractors and monitor the quality and completion of works.

  • Undertake regular inspections of communal areas, vacant properties and estate grounds.

  • Conduct routine health & safety, fire safety and security checks, ensuring compliance at all times.

  • Manage the estate key system and contractor access.

  • Welcome new residents, carrying out move-in inductions and property handovers.

  • Ensure communal spaces and available homes are clean, safe and well presented.

  • Raise purchase orders, maintain accurate records and update maintenance systems.

  • Support the wider property management team with the smooth day-to-day running of the estate.

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys a varied role and is equally comfortable speaking with residents as you are picking up a toolbox.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience within residential property, facilities management, maintenance or estate operations.

  • Practical skills in basic repairs, painting and decorating and general property maintenance.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Good knowledge of health & safety and building compliance.

  • The ability to organise multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

  • Confidence working independently while also being a strong team player.

  • Good IT skills and experience using maintenance or works management systems.

  • A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to provide an excellent resident experience.

What You'll Receive

  • Competitive salary of £40,000.

  • A varied and rewarding role within a high-quality residential environment.

  • Opportunity to develop your property management and operational skills.

  • Supportive team culture with ongoing training and development.

  • The chance to make a real difference to residents' day-to-day experience.

If you're looking for a role that blends property maintenance, resident engagement and operational responsibility, we'd love to hear from you.
