Maintenance Technician - London Portfolio
Salary: Up to £32,000 + Overtime Opportunities
Bonus: 10% Discretionary Annual Bonus

A leading provider of high-quality workspace is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support their growing London portfolio. The Role
As the Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and presentation of a collection of premium workspace buildings across London. You'll work closely with the wider Operations and Facilities teams to deliver a first-class experience for all occupants.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring all works meet compliance and quality standards
Support on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fabric and general building maintenance tasks
Liaise with contractors and support the coordination of repair works
Assist with snagging, refurbishments, and minor project tasks as required
Maintain accurate records of works completed
Provide a proactive, customer-focused service to members and staff
Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed at all times
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a Maintenance Technician or Multi-Skilled Engineer role, ideally within commercial buildings, hospitality, co-working, or similar environments
Strong knowledge across a broad range of building services disciplines (basic electrical, plumbing, and fabric repair skills essential)
A positive, proactive attitude with strong communication skills
Ability to work across multiple buildings as part of a collaborative team
A passion for delivering excellent service and maintaining high standards
