Mechanical Engineer

Our client possesses over 120 years of experience within the property industry and have advised on an excess of £500 billion of real estate. This role will be focused solely on commercial properties, working on some of London's most iconic landmarks, and is an excellent opportunity to join a very well-established, market-leading consultancy, where you will immediately work with a varied portfolio of projects.

The ideal candidate will have worked as a Mechanical Engineer previously, being responsible for designing mechanical services to Stage 3 concept designs and beyond, whilst preparing accurate reports and is seeking unrivaled opportunities to grow develop and succeed with one of the most reputable names in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Project management and contract administration

· Report Writing

· Directly liaising with clients, developing relationships and establishing yourself within the client's network that will last a career

· Preparation of drawings on AutoCAD is preferable but not essential

· Accurately managing own billing and fee income reporting

· Preparing and checking schedules of condition, defects analysis and building pathology

· Preparation of specifications

· Pre-acquisition surveys

Candidate Profile:

· Knowledge of Hevacomp or any similar design software

· AutoCAD experience

· Previous experience as a Mechanical Engineer
