About the Role

We have a new opportunity for a talented Part I Architectural Assistant to join a design-focused London practice working across a mix of challenging residential projects. Known for their hands-on approach, this small studio offers genuine involvement across all RIBA stages - from early concept through to delivery.

With a focus on high-quality housing on constrained urban sites, this is a great opportunity to develop practical experience and gain the kind of exposure that sets you up for Part II and Part III progression.

 

The role will involve:

  • Supporting the team on live residential projects

  • Developing drawings and technical details

  • Visiting sites and undertaking surveys

  • Preparing planning submissions and liaising with consultants

  • Assisting with client presentations and design development

 

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has completed a Part I degree in Architecture

  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Has working knowledge of Vectorworks, SketchUp, and Office 365

  • Understands how buildings are put together

  • Can organise their workload across multiple projects

  • Shows strong attention to detail and initiative
