About Me

Specialising within construction recruitment

I first came into recruitment in 2023, working across construction roles with a range of clients in both the public and private sectors. Now, I specialise in architectural assistants and technicians through to project leads/architects, collaborating with a variety of clients including private practices, architectural firms, main contractors, and developers too.

What makes me good at what I do

I specialise in connecting individuals whose skills and personalities seamlessly match the culture and goals of the organisations I work with. The most fulfilling part about this job is helping people – asking questions, really listening to their goals and plans, and ultimately getting them into a better position – whether that’s a better work/life balance, higher salary, or into something they’re more passionate about. My testimonials from candidates and clients are always a nice reminder of why I do what I do.

Outside of recruitment, I…

I love going to the gym (although I’ve been slacking recently as I write this!), trying new food and going on holiday with friends (although it’s always so hard to arrange now because we’re all so busy!).

In short, the UK is teeming with architectural style. Yet despite the generations of skill, progress and refinement, not every town and city in the UK can always deliver. It’s safe to say there has been some serious faux pas in UK town planning and construction.
