About the Role

With a strong presence in England and Wales, they are looking for a Planner/Senior Planner to join their busy team.

Role Overview:

As part of the Cardiff Planning team, you'll help manage significant projects involving strategic planning, development management, and project coordination for both private and public sector clients.

Requirements:

  • MRTPI (Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute)
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to apply planning knowledge within the broader property context
  • Strong analytical and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of stakeholders
  • Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Confident in managing client relationships and overseeing projects
