About the Role

An exciting opportunity for a Planner/Senior Planner to join a growing planning consultancy and contribute to a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across the UK. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team with clear pathways for career development working on impactful projects from day one - from urban extensions to city-centre regeneration, residential, commercial and major renewables - and be a key voice in client strategy, planning submissions, and project leadership.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading planning applications, appeals & local plan promotions
  • Advising on major residential, mixed-use schemes and brownfield urban schemes
  • Building trusted client relationships
  • Bringing fresh ideas to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years' planning experience, ideally MRTPI
  • Strong planning knowledge and a knack for strategy
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, ambitious mindset
  • Passion for shaping sustainable places
