About the Role
We're looking for a Development Project Manager to help deliver industrial and logistics new build schemes across the North West. This contract role offers hands-on involvement from feasibility through to completion within a dynamic, forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage project delivery from site acquisition through to completion.

Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal teams to meet time, cost, and quality targets.

Oversee design development, technical coordination, and procurement.

Manage cost planning, value engineering, and financial tracking.

Administer contracts (JCT Design & Build) and consultant appointments.

Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
-
Support ESG and sustainability objectives across projects.

Ensure smooth handover and post-completion management.
The Ideal Candidate

Degree or equivalent in a construction or development-related discipline.

Experience in industrial or logistics schemes preferred (open to varying levels).

Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Good understanding of design, technical, and construction processes.

Knowledge of JCT contracts, CDM duties, and consultant appointments.

Confident communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Flexible, collaborative, and delivery-focused.
