Project Manager

We're looking for a Development Project Manager to help deliver industrial and logistics new build schemes across the North West. This contract role offers hands-on involvement from feasibility through to completion within a dynamic, forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project delivery from site acquisition through to completion.

• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal teams to meet time, cost, and quality targets.

• Oversee design development, technical coordination, and procurement.

• Manage cost planning, value engineering, and financial tracking.

• Administer contracts (JCT Design & Build) and consultant appointments.

• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.

• Support ESG and sustainability objectives across projects.

• Ensure smooth handover and post-completion management.

The Ideal Candidate

• Degree or equivalent in a construction or development-related discipline.

• Experience in industrial or logistics schemes preferred (open to varying levels).

• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Good understanding of design, technical, and construction processes.

• Knowledge of JCT contracts, CDM duties, and consultant appointments.

• Confident communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

• Flexible, collaborative, and delivery-focused.
