About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver medium to large-scale construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
You'll join an established UK main contractor and take overall responsibility for project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to a high standard. Experience within healthcare construction would be particularly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, designers and project resources.
- Maintain excellent Health & Safety and quality standards.
- Manage project programmes, procurement and progress.
- Work closely with the commercial team, including delivery of monthly CVRs.
- Chair client meetings and provide regular progress reports.
- Manage project risks, issues and contractual requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and end users.
About You
You'll have:
- Proven Project Manager experience with a UK main contractor.
- A track record of delivering medium to large building projects.
- Strong commercial, programme and construction knowledge.
- Excellent leadership and client-facing skills.
- A strong Health & Safety ethos.
- Healthcare project experience is highly desirable.
