About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver medium to large-scale construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.

You'll join an established UK main contractor and take overall responsibility for project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to a high standard. Experience within healthcare construction would be particularly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from pre-construction through to completion.
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, designers and project resources.
  • Maintain excellent Health & Safety and quality standards.
  • Manage project programmes, procurement and progress.
  • Work closely with the commercial team, including delivery of monthly CVRs.
  • Chair client meetings and provide regular progress reports.
  • Manage project risks, issues and contractual requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and end users.

About You

You'll have:

  • Proven Project Manager experience with a UK main contractor.
  • A track record of delivering medium to large building projects.
  • Strong commercial, programme and construction knowledge.
  • Excellent leadership and client-facing skills.
  • A strong Health & Safety ethos.
  • Healthcare project experience is highly desirable.
