About the Role
Title: Property Accountant
Location: Manchester
Salary: Up to £40,000
Cobalt is working with a leading property management company in Manchester to find a talented Property Management Accountant to join their growing team. This prestigious company is renowned for managing a diverse and high-quality portfolio of both residential and commercial properties, and they are looking for someone with a strong accounting background to help ensure the smooth financial operation of their property management services.
Accountabilities:
- Will be responsible for accounting tasks.
- Will be responsible for compliance to include RICS.
- Line management desirable but not essential.
- Must be highly organised and able to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Property or Client Service Charge Accounting knowledge essential.
- Any Part Qualified Finance qualifications are advantageous (AAT, ACCA, etc.)
- Experience using Qube system is highly desirable.
- This role has the opportunity to lead one direct report. If you have previous management experience this is desirable OR our client will consider someone who wants to progress.
