Head of Client Accounts

Who are looking for a Head of Client Accounting to take charge of a high-performing team managing a prestigious portfolio of commercial assets.

About the Role:
As Head of Client Accounting, you'll lead their London-based team, overseeing the full client accounting function for a portfolio of commercial properties. You'll ensure the accurate delivery of service charge budgets, year-end reconciliations, client reporting, and financial compliance, while acting as a key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a skilled client accounting team

• Ensure timely and accurate service charge budgeting, reconciliations, and reporting

• Maintain compliance with RICS regulations and industry best practices

• Collaborate with asset and property managers to deliver financial insight

• Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust

• Drive process improvements and support system upgrades or implementations

About You:

• Proven experience in a senior client or property accounting role

• Strong knowledge of commercial property service charge accounting

• Familiarity with property management software (e.g., MRI, TRAMPS, Yardi, or similar)

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ideally ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience)
