Property Asset Manager Senior Surveyor/Associate (6 month FTC)

I am currently working with a top global Real Estate Consultancy who are seeking a Property Asset Manager to join their Commercial team at either Senior Surveyor or Associate level on a 6 month FTC in London.

This role involves providing day to day property management advice for a single large investment client, on an office and industrial portfolio across London and the wider UK.

Key role requirements:

• MRICS is desirable but not essential.
• Degree educated.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in Commercial Property Management.
• Strong Landlord and Tenant Knowledge.
• Strong service charge management experience.

Hybrid working available 2 days a week

Salary c.£60,000 + £5,500 car allowance
