Resident Services Associate
We are seeking a confident, customer-focused Resident Services Associate to join a growing residential team in Salford. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a people-centred environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. This is for a 12 month maternity cover.
About the Role
As a key member of the Front of House team, you'll play an essential part in creating a welcoming, supportive, and well-managed living experience for residents. You'll help ensure operations run smoothly, build strong relationships with residents, and support the overall success of the development.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer service to residents
* Support day-to-day service delivery across the development
* Build rapport with residents and encourage engagement
* Collaborate with internal teams to achieve positive outcomes
* Assist with property management and service-related activities
* Ensure high standards of service and resident satisfaction
* Promote community initiatives and support local partnerships
Skills & Experience Desired
* Passionate about delivering great customer service
* Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or property management (desirable)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
* Confident using IT systems and following process-driven work
* A positive attitude with the ability to stay resilient and solution-focused
* Professional presentation and a friendly, approachable manner
