The role
As a Resident Services Associate, you play a key role in the front-of-house team, acting as a consistent point of contact for residents and visitors. The Resident Services Associate supports the smooth day-to-day operation of the building while helping to create a welcoming and well-managed environment.
Key responsibilities for the Resident Services Associate include:
Delivering a high standard of resident service across all touchpoints.
Acting as a visible front-of-house presence, including meet and greet, reception and parcel handling.
Supporting resident engagement and community initiatives.
Managing amenity spaces and supporting day-to-day building operations.
Assisting with inspections, lettings viewings and ad-hoc operational tasks.
Working closely with colleagues to ensure consistent service delivery.
Supporting tenancy, income and unit management activities where required.
Maintaining awareness of health and safety requirements on site and following agreed procedures.
This role requires availability for 1 in 5 Saturdays, planned in advance and shared across the team.
The skills
This role is particularly well suited to candidates from hospitality or other high-touch customer service environments, where delivering a consistently high standard of service is central.
You will ideally bring:
Working knowledge of customer-focused service delivery.
Experience working as part of a team in a resident, guest or client-facing setting.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
The ability to build positive relationships with residents, colleagues and external partners.
A professional and well-presented approach.
Awareness of health and safety practices within a managed environment.
A positive and resilient mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Qualifications in property or customer service are advantageous but not essential.
