Alongside a supportive culture, the business invests in learning and development, wellbeing initiatives and community engagement, ensuring colleagues feel valued and empowered to succeed.

The role

As a Resident Services Associate, you'll be the face of the community, creating a welcoming environment for residents, visitors and contractors while ensuring the day-to-day operation of the building runs smoothly.

  • The ability to remain organised while managing changing priorities.
  • A positive and approachable attitude with a genuine passion for helping people.
  • Confidence working collaboratively within a team.
  • Good administrative and IT skills.
  • Awareness of health and safety responsibilities.

Why apply?
