- Develop positive relationships with residents, helping to create a welcoming and engaging community.
- Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth experience and completing relevant documentation.
- Liaise with maintenance teams and external contractors to arrange repairs, inspections and access to apartments.
- Carry out regular building walkarounds, identifying maintenance concerns and reporting any issues.
- Support the wider management team with tenancy administration, resident communications and general operational tasks.
- Assist with organising resident events and initiatives to encourage community engagement.
- Ensure building procedures and health and safety standards are followed, helping to maintain a safe environment for residents and visitors.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve the resident experience and overall service delivery.

We are interested in speaking with candidates who have experience in residential property, Build to Rent, PBSA, lettings, estate management or similar customer-focused environments.
You will be someone who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, enjoys building relationships and is confident managing a variety of responsibilities throughout the working day.

- A genuine passion for customer service and creating a positive resident experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a range of people.
- Confidence in handling resident queries, resolving problems and managing challenging situations professionally.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Experience supporting building operations, maintenance coordination or contractor liaison would be beneficial.
- A good understanding of health and safety practices within a residential environment.
- Comfortable using property management systems, Microsoft Office and general administrative software.
- A proactive, flexible approach and willingness to support the wider team when needed.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of an on-site team.
Previous experience within a Build to Rent or PBSA development would be advantageous, although candidates from other relevant property and service-led backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
