The Role

Specialist Valuation Focus

This role is ideally suited to surveyors who enjoy and want to specialise in residential valuations, particularly for secured lending purposes.

Your workload will predominantly consist of:

• Mortgage valuations for major lenders
• Desktop and zero-contact valuations (where applicable)
• Help to Buy and scheme-related valuations
• Private client valuation instructions

Valuations play a critical role in the property market, supporting lending decisions and ensuring accurate market assessments for buyers, lenders, and investors.

You will operate within a defined geographical patch, allowing you to build strong local knowledge while maintaining efficiency and manageable travel times.

About You

• MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer
• Experience in residential valuations (mortgage/lending preferred)
• Strong understanding of your local property market
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, instruction-led environment
• Organised, efficient, and commercially minded
• Full UK driving licence
