Retail Asset Manager - Client Side

Cobalt are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a fantastic Property Investment Company on their search

for a Retail Asset Manager.

You will be responsible for driving value across a major UK freehold portfolio. Furthermore, you will also take ownershipof asset performance, deliver value-add initiatives, and lead on leasing, transactions, and development projects.

Role responsibilities:

· Shape and deliver asset business plans that enhance value and returns.

· Manage leasing, acquisitions, disposals, and valuations.

· Partner with internal teams and external advisors to deliver refurbishments and redevelopment projects.

· Oversee property management, rent collection, and service charge performance.

Key Requirements:

· MRICS qualification (or equivalent experience) preferable. APC can be supported.

· Strong background in asset or property management, ideally across a diverse portfolio.

· Confident in valuation, financial analysis, and L&T law.

· Commercially minded with sharp attention to detail and stakeholder skills

Salary for this role pays up to £70,000 plus bonus.

Role is 5 days a week in the office.
