They are also open to applications from those at Director level. The Role
You will lead and manage a diverse portfolio of planning projects, from early-stage concept to completion. Working closely with clients, local authorities, and key stakeholders, you'll ensure the planning process is streamlined, effective, and innovative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage planning projects, often complex in nature, ensuring timely delivery to high standards.
- Provide expert advice on planning policies, strategies, and processes.
- Prepare and submit planning applications, reports, and related documentation.
- Build strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
- Lead business development, contributing to proposals and presentations.

- Experience: Demonstrable experience in a Planning role, managing complex projects.

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the UK planning system and key local developments.
