The Role
You will join as a Senior Building Surveyor, taking on a diverse workload across both professional services and project delivery. This is a hands-on, client-facing position with a focus on high-quality surveying and Employer's Agent duties. Key responsibilities include:
- Defect analysis, dilapidations, PPM and due diligence reports.
- Building surveys and planned maintenance schedules.
- Specification writing, contract administration and site supervision.
- Monitoring construction works and reporting on progress and quality.
Skills & Requirements
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying (ideally RICS-accredited).
- MRICS qualified with a strong background in both professional and project-based services.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Experience motivating and mentoring junior colleagues.
- Ability to build and sustain a personal workload pipeline.
- Working knowledge of party wall matters is desirable.
