Senior Interior Designer - Fit out/Contractor

You'll be part of a collaborative London team that thrives on tight deadlines, bold ideas, and creative solutions. The role is ideal for someone with a strong background in workplace design, ideally within a D&B or contractor environment, who's confident leading client conversations and coordinating the design process end-to-end.

The role will involve:

• Leading the design process across workplace fit out schemes

• Taking briefs, developing concepts and presenting to clients

• Collaborating closely with pre-construction, commercial and delivery teams

• Managing programmes, deadlines, and project documentation

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 4-6+ years' experience in commercial interiors, ideally D&B / contractor side

• Is confident presenting ideas, managing stakeholders and owning the brief

• Has strong technical and creative ability - from layout to detailing

• Thrives in a delivery-focused, fast-paced environment

• Is fluent in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp (Revit a bonus)

• Proactive, precise and a natural problem solver
