About the Role
A National Property Consultancy is looking for a Senior Planner tow join their Edinburgh Planning Team. Although the office is based here, their projects span across the UK.
They envisage growing the team by another 3 people over the next 12 months due to the quality and quantity of work they produce.
The client base this team has attracted ranges from Corporate entities such as Banks, Healthcare Facilities and Telecoms, to Large strategic sites - Garden Villages, Retail and Residential projects - So the variety on offer is second to none! With this in mind, they will consider people from all planning backgrounds as they believe the skills are transferrable and don't "Pigeon-Hole" people.
The right person will be commercially minded and enjoys a challenge, however at this stage this client doesn't deem Business Development experience as a necessity as they have plenty of ongoing and incoming work from referrals.
This is a team where it's colleagues feel supported throughout their career, and generally has a great retention rate, with members ranging from 18 months service, to 20+ Years in the business. They enjoy socialising and this includes regular team lunches, corporate away days, Christmas Parties even the Edinburgh Fringe!
