About the Role
Our client is a specialist consultancy that helps public and private sector organisations deliver regeneration, development and investment projects across the UK.
Working with local authorities, developers and investors, they support clients in identifying opportunities, attracting investment and bringing forward projects that drive economic growth and create lasting value for communities.
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Consultant to join their expanding team.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to work on complex regeneration and development projects that are shaping places across the UK.
Supporting clients from strategy through to delivery, you'll help identify opportunities, evaluate delivery options and develop the investment cases, partnerships and structures needed to bring projects forward.
Projects span a broad range of sectors and asset types, including town centre regeneration, residential development, mixed-use schemes and infrastructure-led growth initiatives.
The role combines strategic thinking with practical delivery advice, offering exposure to high-profile projects, diverse stakeholders and clients across both the public and private sectors.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support consultancy projects from inception through to completion.
* Develop evidence-led recommendations that support client decision-making.
* Analyse economic, market and development trends to inform project outcomes.
* Prepare business cases, investment propositions and strategic reports.
* Advise on delivery models, governance arrangements and partnership structures.
* Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities, workshops and consultation exercises.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and specialist advisors.
* Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Support client relationship management and contribute to business development activities.
About You
We're interested in speaking with candidates who bring experience from regeneration, planning, economic development, real estate, development consultancy, infrastructure or a related discipline.
You are likely to demonstrate:
* An understanding of the factors that influence regeneration, investment and development decisions.
* Strong knowledge of the UK planning system.
* Experience managing projects and delivering high-quality outputs.
* The ability to interpret data, evidence and market intelligence.
* Strong written communication and presentation skills.
* Confidence engaging with clients, stakeholders and project partners.
* Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
* Commercial awareness and an interest in delivering positive outcomes for clients and communities.
* Right to work in the UK
