Senior Surveyor - Lease Advisory

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join their Lease Advisory team in the Thames Valley.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert advice on rent reviews, lease renewals, and other lease advisory matters.
• Manage a portfolio of instructions, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are consistently met.
• Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients, achieving optimal outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for further business growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different service lines to deliver joined-up consultancy solutions.
• Contribute to the reputation and market presence of the team through high-quality work and professionalism.

Key Requirements

• Chartered Surveyor status (MRICS or equivalent).
• Strong track record in the Lease Advisory market, with demonstrable experience in rent reviews and lease renewals.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of organisation.
• Confidence in client engagement and business development activities.
