Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own client portfolio, while supporting the development of new business.
• Contribute to thought leadership and PR activity to raise the agency's profile.
• Support and mentor colleagues as an integral member of the growing agency team.

Key Requirements

• Proven agency experience in acquisitions and disposals across a range of property sectors.
• Strong network and local market knowledge across Berkshire and Surrey.
• Confident in business development, client relationship management, and networking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with using social media and digital tools in a business context.
