We are working with a leading UK property consultancy to appoint a Senior Surveyor into its Development Advisory team in London. This is an opportunity to join a respected business that advises on some of the UK's most significant regeneration, infrastructure and development projects.

The Role
As a Senior Surveyor, you will join a specialist Site Assembly & CPO team, advising both public and private sector clients on complex development, regeneration and infrastructure schemes across the UK.
Working alongside experienced Partners and senior colleagues, the Senior Surveyor will play a key role in delivering projects from initial strategy through to implementation, working with multidisciplinary teams including legal advisers, engineers, project managers and land referencers.
Responsibilities will include:
* Advising clients on compulsory purchase and land assembly strategies.
* Supporting the promotion and implementation of Compulsory Purchase Orders.
* Undertaking property valuations, acquisitions and negotiations.
* Preparing compensation assessments and cost estimates.
* Working closely with clients and project teams to deliver project objectives.
* Supporting client meetings and presentations alongside senior colleagues.
* Collaborating with colleagues across multiple service lines to provide joined-up advice.
* Mentoring graduate surveyors and contributing to their development.
* Promoting the firm's wider consultancy services where appropriate.
The Senior Surveyor will have the opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects across regeneration, transport, infrastructure and energy, while developing specialist expertise within a collaborative environment.
The Skills Needed
The successful Senior Surveyor will demonstrate:
* MRICS qualification.
* Level 3 Valuation status or RICS Registered Valuer accreditation.
* Working knowledge of compulsory purchase or land assembly.
* Experience of property valuation, acquisition and negotiation.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail.
* A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering a high standard of client service.
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
