Site Supervisor/Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor / Site Manager to join a growing residential developer on a small new build scheme in South East Oxford.

The project consists of 8 residential units including townhouses and flats. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential new build experience looking to take ownership of a smaller site and work closely with the wider project team.

Responsibilities:
* Managing day-to-day site operations
* Coordinating subcontractors and deliveries
* Ensuring works are completed safely and to programme
* Maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety
* Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks and inspections
* Managing snagging and supporting handover processes
* Liaising with consultants, subcontractors and the client team

Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience within residential new build
* Site Supervisor, Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager background considered
* Experience on housing and/or apartment schemes preferred
* SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid required
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Hands-on and proactive approach to site management

The site team will be relatively small, making this role well suited to someone looking for a more hands-on environment with genuine responsibility.
