Surveyor

My client is a leader in commercial real estate services with a dedicated team of portfolio management specialists who deliver significant change through estates transformation on behalf of both public and private occupiers.

The national team has an immediate requirement for a Surveyor to assist with the delivery of estates management and commercial property transactions on behalf of a national public sector client. The appointed Surveyor must be able to demonstrate the following experience:

• The ability to take responsibility and ownership for managing client instructions to a timely and satisfactory completion through self-delivery or via the wider internal team
• A good working knowledge and application of key property legislation including Landlord & Tenant, Health & Safety, Environmental Management
• Experience of working with financial data including Service Charges
• Practical knowledge and application of managing transactional activity across a leasehold estate including but not limited to Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Acquisitions, Disposals
