You'll play a key role in the delivery of planning solutions across residential, commercial, retail, and leisure developments, working with experienced colleagues and a range of private and public sector clients.

This is ideal for someone looking to expand their project portfolio and take the next step in a collaborative, fast-moving team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored planning advice across a range of development sectors
  • Manage planning instructions with oversight from senior planners
  • Support the preparation and submission of planning applications and documentation
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and local planning authorities
  • Contribute to project performance targets, billing, and service quality
  • Identify opportunities to support new business and team growth
  • Participate in professional networking and knowledge sharing

What You'll Bring

  • Good working knowledge of UK planning policy and procedures
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
  • A proactive, client-focused approach with attention to detail
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in supporting business development
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Degree in Town Planning or a related subject
  • Chartered membership of the RTPI (or working towards it)
