The organisation

Cobalt is working with a listed real estate investment business undertaking a business-critical transformation of its property and investment accounting infrastructure through the implementation of Yardi Voyager 8.

The organisation manages a UK portfolio of approximately 150 properties and 200 leases, supported by external property management and accounting partners.

With a targeted go-live of 30 November 2026, the business is looking for a Yardi Programme Manager to take ownership of the remaining implementation and provide the structure and accountability required to deliver the programme.

The Yardi Programme Manager can work remotely from within the UK, with occasional flexibility required to accommodate senior stakeholders in Singapore.

The role/responsibilities

This is a hands-on delivery role rather than a programme oversight position. The Yardi Programme Manager will take control of the remaining implementation and act as the central point between Yardi, external providers and internal finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include:

* Own the Yardi Voyager 8 programme through to the targeted 30 November go-live.

* Manage the critical path, dependencies, milestones, risks and third-party deliverables.

* Coordinate the Property Management and Investment Accounting workstreams.

* Oversee financial and property data migration, validation and opening balances, including migration from NetSuite.

* Coordinate entity accounting, intercompany, consolidation and elimination requirements within Investment Accounting.

* Manage UAT, cutover, go/no-go criteria and go-live acceptance.

* Hold external providers and internal stakeholders accountable for agreed actions and deadlines.

* Provide clear programme reporting to senior finance leadership.

The Yardi Programme Manager will have significant autonomy and direct exposure to senior leadership across the UK and Singapore. There is no dedicated internal technical implementation team underneath the role, making the ability to work independently and remain hands-on essential.

The skills needed/requirements

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

* Hands-on working knowledge of Yardi Voyager and end-to-end Yardi implementation delivery.

* Working knowledge of property accounting and finance-system implementations.

* Experience managing financial data migration, mapping, validation and opening balances.

* Experience delivering UAT, cutover and production go-live activity.

* Strong multi-stakeholder programme management, including managing external technology and professional-services providers.

* The ability to take ownership of a complex implementation and maintain delivery against a fixed timetable.

Working knowledge of Voyager 8 and Yardi Investment Accounting would be advantageous, as would established relationships with Yardi implementation teams.
