Job Title: Accountant

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Bonus

Location: London, Hybrid

An Accountant is required for one of Europe's leading and growing Real Estate investment Businesses.

This is an ideal role for an experienced Accountant with a strong background in Real Estate and is newly qualified in ACCA, ACA or CIMA or who is a finalist.

Key Responsibility:

• Take the opportunity to contribute to managing one of the largest Property portfolios in the UK market.

• Oversee a diverse property portfolio spanning multiple companies within the UK jurisdiction.

• Conduct a comprehensive review and control of company-level Net Operating Income (NOI) and balance sheets.

• Collaborate with external advisors, including auditors and property managers, to ensure timely and consistent local accounting information.

• Handle the preparation of acquisition entries.

• Provide accurate reporting on property disposals and profit from sales.

• Manage upstream mechanics on UK distributions and ensure the precision of cash positions.

Key Skills:

• Possess strong academic credentials and be Newly Qualified/Finalist (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent) minimum of 2 years of relevant experience would be desirable

• Prior experience in property accounting

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, providing clear direction and effective delegation.

• Yardi experience desirable

• Exhibit a collaborative working style, building partnerships to achieve shared objectives.

• Previous REIT experience desirable

• Possess good judgment and decision-making skills.
