Acquisitions Associate

A private equity backed provider, owner and operator of PRS is looking to expand their Acquisitions team at Associate level, based in London.

You will be working in a team with other Analyst's, Associates and Investment Directors, in the expansion of their PRS portfolio. This involves working on acquisitions from sourcing and appraisal through to execution.

Day to day responsibilities include:

• Liaise with developers, agents and house-builders to ensure timely and accurate completion of the underwriting and due diligence of investment opportunities.

• Work with the analysts who undertake research to support investment appraisals.

• Manage and use financial models to support the acquisition programme.

• Ensure all acquisitions committee board packs are completed to a high standard.

• Work with senior team members, leading schemes through heads of terms and exchange with the legal team.

Key requirements:

• Degree qualified in Real Estate/Investment.

• Experience working with the property/real estate market - ideally within the residential market.

• Excellent financial modelling skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and report writing skills.

Salary will range depending on experience: £60,000 - £70,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Office based in Central London.
