A globally leading real estate private equity firm are seeking an Asset Manager to join their team and be responsible for hands on strategic and analytical duties across their European commercial portfolio.
The key duties will include:
Collaborating to drive value add asset management strategies across the European portfolio, working in a boutique team.
Producing Excel analysis to assist in strategic decisions.
Working closely with JV Partners.
Working dynamically with internal teams to drive value add strategies.
The successful candidate will have strong Excel skills and MRICS and/or CFA will be advantageous.
