A UK real estate investor and developer are seeking to grow their Asset Management team, based in Central London.
This team focused on re-positioning/ re-purposing retail and leisure assets and portfolios across the UK. This opportunity would suit a current Asset Manager or a Chartered Surveyor with Retail and Leisure Agency experience and background in Valuation or Property Asset Management.
Supporting the Director of Asset Management you will be responsible for:
Creation and implementation of business plans.
Develop and implement value add strategies.
Manage and execute all leasing events.
Manage CAPEX within the business plan.
Assist with the due diligence of potential sales and acquisitions.
Work with managing agents to review and agree service charge budgets and ensure they are successfully delivering day-to-day management.
Key Asset Management requirements include:
Degree or Masters in Real Estate.
Member of RICS is preferred.
Commercially astute and able to negotiate.
Strong numerical and excel modelling skills.
Salary is from £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonus potential.
Office is based in Central London.
