A Real Estate Fund Manager is seeking an Asset Manager to join their team in London, to focus on the management of their UK portfolio. The portfolio is worth over £1 billion and consists of predominately retail, leisure, hotel, care and office assets.
The Asset Manager will be responsible for working closely with the Head of Asset Management to identify and implement asset management initiatives across the portfolio, reporting into Board level equity and debt capital partners. The asset management team is supported by an established in-house property management and accounting team.
Key Asset Management requirements include:
Member of RICS is preferred.
Proven hands on Asset Management experience.
Multi-sector asset experience, ideally in retail and leisure.
Experience in formal reporting to Board level equity and debt capital partners.
Experience devising and implementing strategic asset management initiatives.
Strong track record of delivering successful leasing, re-gearing, refurbishment, development and dispositions.
Excellent numerical, analytic and financial modelling skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Salary is up to £90,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonus.
Office is based in West End, London.
