Asset Manager

A prestigious Real Estate Investor and Developer are currently looking to expand their Retail Asset Management team with a Chartered Surveyor/Asset Manager, based in London.

The role will manage a range of retail assets including shopping centres, retail parks and designer outlets.

Key Asset Management responsibilities include:

• Execution and implementation of the strategic plan for each asset inline with their place-making vision.

• Work collaboratively as a team to deliver the asset P&L's to grow sustainable rents.

• Help facilitate the coordination and management of planning, design and management for minor refurbishment projects.

• Liaise with the Property Management team to achieve day to day objectives.

• Build and develop key internal/external customer relationships.

• Ensure the Group's ESG objectives are adhered to.

Key Asset Management requirements:

• Degree qualified.

• Member of RICS or part-way through APC.

• Previous work experience in retail property, estate or asset management.

• Excellent written and report writing skills.

• Financially astute and excellent presentation skills.

Salary will range depending on experience - £35,000 - £45,000 per annum plus benefits package and annual bonus.

Office based in Central London.
